University of Minnesota Locker Rental Contract
I apply for the use of a University locker for my convenience, and I agree to the following conditions:
- Locker changes are not allowed the first two weeks of the semester. The department strongly recommends checking locker location before renting.
- The loss or damage of the renter's goods is not the responsibility of the University or its agents under any conditions.
- I will pay the following nonrefundable fees in advance:

- The Locker Rental Department reserves the right to enter any locker at any time and to transfer lockers at any time, without notice.
- The Locker Rental Department may publish dates for vacating lockers in any building. If this occurs, the renter agrees to comply or forfeit property, or may be charged a transfer fee.
- Only current students, faculty, or staff of the University of Minnesota can use a locker.
- Your license may be revoked at any time.
- You MUST remove your property and stop using the locker by the last day of the
contract term for the semester or session that you have chosen below
below. After this date the locker will be opened and any property remaining will be deemed abandoned. The renter terminates all rights to the articles left in the locker. The Locker Rental Department will hold abandoned articles for 30 days. You will be charged a holding fee of $1.00 per day until you retrieve your articles.
All articles not retrieved after 30 days will be discarded.
